Hello, kate! It is not always possible to lunch together but we have made it a principle to dine together.it gives much pleasure.it also relieves the tensions as at that time many things are discussed and we together find out solutions.thank you.

Yes, we do eat together. Sometimes one or two do not join us, especially when my dad and sister are at work. When everyone is home, we make it a point that all of us eat together during lunch and dinner. Not everyone eats breakfast here.

Up until a couple of years ago we always used to sit as a family at the table, but then we lost a couple of chairs which somehow we never got around to replacing and so the children sit at the table and we sit in the other room, as there just is not enough chairs for us all! I loved sitting all together at the table and so I will have to make the effort now to get 2 more chairs!

At home it's just me and my dad. When I was a youngster and my mum was living with us we used to eat dinner together. Now it is very rare for me and my dad to eat together. With my relatives, we all sit in one group and eat together. My boyfriend and I also eat together. He usually gets hungry before I do but he usually waits till I say I'm ready to eat (which isn't long after he says he is slightly hungry) because I don't like to really keep him feeling hungry for too long! If I were him I wouldn't like it, you know? If that's the case I usually just order something small and have a snack of some sort later *ice cream!*
