My Bamboo Fun has arrived!

Woo hoo!!! It arrived earlier than I thought. It's way cool! Do you have a tablet for your computer? Or a Tablet PC, for that matter? I used it and GIMP software to draw a cartoon face that I'm adding to this discussion.
I love gadgety stuff!!!Do you have unusual and/or cool stuff attached to your computer?

I have a wacom intuos 3 and I love it. The bamboo is cute and more affordable. Is it easy to draw with? I am also addicted to gadgets but I have to restrain myself from buying them because I happen to be broke.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but I'm getting the hang of it. I was able to get this because my company offers incentive awards for work that goes above and beyond the normal keep-the-client-happy stuff. I got an Amazon gift certificate and used it to get my Bamboo.

I have the intuos3 and I love it, I saved my pennies for it and it was worth every last one. I have had a graphire for 8 years and it has been great. I use it in photoshop all the time. AND the software that comes with most (I believe there is a bamboo version without the software) of the wacom tablets is well worth it and they give you a legitimate upgrade path to the full version of photoshop at 50% off.

well... i've got a tablet pc :) . And i would never ever want a pc without the tablet function, couldn't live without it.
Its nice to draw on my screen and it's also nice to write my notes on it and be able to nicely put it in a pdf and send it to someone.
I lead a paperless life :)
