Performance reports, performane monitoring, support desk

Dear, my job is support desk administrator, i have some tasks like prepare the performance reports, actualy this reports driven from our data base system. we are in the service department, i recieve the inqueries from our customers via email or fax or mobile, then i have to categorize the inquiry: - Site assistance - sales - Parts and repair - technical inquery after that i assign this task to the suitable engineer and i follow up with customer and our engineer to ensure that every thin is running good. we have target 1 month/task. actualy the performnce reports for the tasks that are take more 1 month to be resolved i need an advice: which is the course thats could help me to develop my skills and whats the career path of my job. could you help me please
