Do you know of any music composing sites on net

I was looking for some music composing sites, where I can edit music. Someone suggested "Acoustica.com". It was cool but,I want some more sites to tally the best.
I have some compositions, and don't know how to begin with the proceedings.You need to download the software from the site in order to begin.
Have you ever downloaded the same?Do you think they are safe?

Have you ever tried to download Guitar Pro? It's a really good program, with sounds just like the original in instruments. Perfect program for creating and reproducing songs.
