What ages you are dealing with. I have 3 girls 22, 19, 15. You would think it would get easier. Not the case here. I just wonder what I will do when my son is a teenager. He is 11 now. Do you think I will go through the same experiences with him or will they be totally different?

Yes i do, all together i have six children, my two oldest are 20 girl and 21 boy. then i have a 18 boy, 17 boy, 14 boy and a 12 year old girl. they keep me very busy. they are great kids and i love them all very much.

I have a daughter who is 8 going on 18 lol. I was just stopping by this post to see if there were any words of wisdom for dealing with a teenage girl, she'll be there before i know it, boy does time fly. I remeber the day she was born like it was yesterday.

They do grow qick. It's hard to believe my first born actually has 2 kids of her own. I will give you a bit of advice from my experience with my 3 girls. They are ages 22,19 and 15. I also have a son 11. Stay close with your daughter and build her trust in you. You will find it much more enjoyable and less complicated. Get to know her friends and their parents. Stay close with her friends they will know more about your daughter than you. It's helpful when they have confidence in you to confide what they know about her. You will be suprised how a caring true friend will turn to you when she may be having difficulties. Good luck to you.
