sweet tea vs. unsweet tea

Eww...sorry but I can not stand sweet tea! I put a dash of milk in my hot tea and once in a while a bit of lemon in my iced tea. My oldest daughter loves sweet tea hot or cold, my oldest son likes his the same as I do.

i like unsweet tea because hate suger.

Since quite along time,I have been drinking unsweetened tea. Though it is a necessary regimen to keep my diabetic condition at bay, I really enjoy it and feel that sugar actually spoils TEA.

I make sweetened tea, but I do not use sugar. I also do not to use artificial sweeteners. I use stevia, which is all-natural, and makes some of the sweetest tea ever. And, stevia does not affect glucose levels.

I like sweetened Iced Tea too but it contains a lot of sugar which is not good. I stopped on my sweet tea intake and shifted to hot unsweetened tea instead. Unsweetened ones are healthier to drink.

if it is the ice tea i'll choose the sweet one ,but if it is a hot one ,i will have the unsweet one cause that drinks more healthy.anyway sweet tea is a good choice for drinking ,i will surely take one when out to shopping .

I like it both ways but I try to avoid sugar as much as I can so I usually have it very lightly sweetened or unsweetened. Ideally, I like it sweetened with Stevia because it's natural and low calorie.

I like sweetened tea, but I don't care for sugar. We use Splenda or one of the Equal knock offs to sweeten our tea. I do agree that sweet tea is a southern convention, I think its because its easier to sweeten it when its hot.

I like to make my own sweet tea so that's it tastes just right. I have done this for many years. My mom and dad used to make it while I was growing up. I think that's how I got started on it. I drink more sweet tea during the warmer months as well. I don't like drinking hot tea with or without sugar. Just never had the knack for it.

Iam a southern girl who loves her sweet tea.Trying to watch the extra sugar but will give into it from time to time..;)
