kids tv show.......................please read i need an answer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there was this show on pbs about 10-15 yrs ago. its driving me and my friends nuts because we can no remember the title of this show. it was a childrens show and they would air it every morning around 7am. it was basically about a mannequin who would come to life in a department store and talk to puppets. thanks, i would reallllly appreciate any ideas of what u think this might be!!!!

HAHA omg me and my mom were talkin about this show the other day... i use to love that show there was a puppet security guard who always had a flash lite!! its bothered me for soo long too

Never heard of this show. I have an 11 year old and that is one I don't think I have ever seen. I honestly thought I saw them all!! LOL
