A buyer appreciates me! Finally after 6 years....

I've been selling on ebay for 6 years and have never received an email from a buyer like the one I got today. She emailed me asking how long it would take to receive the first issue and I replied right back and told her. This is the email I received from her:
"Thanks Linda for responding. It's wonderful EBAYERS like yourself that
make it a nice place to buy and sell.
Thanks again! Colleen"
She really made me realize that not all ebay buyers are jerks and cause problems because I have had my share. This email made my day!

I had that happen to me recently too. I run a store on ebay as well, and I had a buyer email me about his purchase. I responded back, letting him know his cards had been sent out that day. He emailed me back letting me know that he was very happy with my prices and shipping costs for combine items. Since then, he's bought from me three other times. That always makes me feel good.

That's great! It's nice to know that there are still buyers who are looking for nothing more than a smooth transaction.
It's the one's that have no intention of paying or claiming they never received the item, that make Ebay (and Paypal) so hard.

That was really nice. I am glad that it made your day. I hope that you get more emails like that and more nice buyers instead of the ones who are jerks. I understand what you are saying completely.
