Try living in the UK - Dorset price - £1.09 per litre = $2.18 per litre = 2.18 * 3.785 (for US Gallon) = $8.25 per gallon

Holy cow, I feel for you. I don't know what I'd do if it cost that much here. I bet people in the UK have much more gas friendly cars, mine personally gets about 15miles/gallon.

What kind of car do you have that gets 35mpg, is it common there or a new specialty car? Seems if we want something efficient here, we get charge way to much.

In Ohio we are currently at 3.15 for gas and for diesel it was 4.19 yesterday. Sick. Disgusting. Reeeediculous. I am so tired of the politics of it all. Something needs to change and I think we the American people need to do something. I dont think it will happen but I wish we could.

It so hard to get the kind of organized protest that we'd need to get something like this to be effective. :(

In southwest Idaho, it's $3.49 a gallon. But I don't have my own car yet. xD
