I have to start my diet immediately since my lil sister will have wedding party in about 2 months ahead. I have read some articles about diet and it said that Breakfast is important and don't eat after 7PM. The problem is, I don't like having my breakfast because my stomach isn't friendly in the morning and I'm afraid it will ruin my morning meeting if I have one. In the other hand, I always finish my work after 6 or 7PM and can only have dinner after that.....So how can I start my diet, the time is running now....please share with me guys, thanks.

I believe you should have something for breakfast in the first hour that you are up to kick start your metabolism. If you don't eat your body thinks it is going to be staved so it doesn't burn the fat cells. I don't have time in the morning to make a big breakfast and I am not really hungry. Instead I make a fruit smoothie with OJ, yogurt, banana, and hemp hearts. The hemp hearts have all the essential oils you need for the day and I find I have more energy and I am good till the afternoon. That is my theory anyway...

My son and I just talked to a Dietitian on Thursday. She said Breakfast is essential. Even if it is two pieces of toast. It give your body's metabolism a jump start each morning. At Dinner Time your body is getting ready to slow down for the night and will store food for the night.

Breakfast is indeed very important but if you are not used to having it, then try eating a little serving every now and then so as not to consume a full meal during lunch and dinner. Drink also a lot of water, not tea or soft drink or juice, just water and avoid salty salt so as to retain the water in your stomach area. I think I read that from Cosmo and drinking a lot of water works miraculously in reducing the size of the tummy in two weeks.

The only reason they say you shouldn't eat after 7pm is because that is when most people eat a lot of unhealthy snack foods and also that is when they are more likely to consume unhealthy high calorie type foods. So you can eat any time of day that works for you. Just remember to make healthy choices and watch your calorie intake. Also, when trying to loose wieght several small meals throughout the day are more effective then a couple of large ones. As far as breakfast you should try to eat atleast a little something, it's important to get your blood sugar stable in the morning.

I think breakfast is more important than dinner, especially when you want to lose weight. most of us alwanys have many things to deal with in the morning, breakfast should full of nutrition and energy, they will be absorded and don't make people fat. we have less activities at night, if you start diet at night, i'm afraid the effect will not as good as start it in the morning.

I know that it makes a big difference in loosing weight if you have something for breakfast. Even if it is just some fruit or a yogurt, it starts up your metabloism for the day. Eating dinner after 7 is ok, but you have to stop at dinner. Don't continue snacking after dinner. This will kill your diet.

I think breakfast is the most important meal that I think everyone should have.I used to have the same problem with eating breakfast early. When I get out of bed I don't have breakfast right away I would eat about 2 hours after I got up.If I would eat soon as I got up or even a hour later I would feel sick.So I would wait until my stomach was ready.Try something like that and have a lite breakfast then when you get home later in the evening have dinner.Maybe that will work for you!

personally i think that breakfast is more important because it gives you the energy to go through the day and starts off your metabolism and gets things going.. and its ok to eat after 7 but only a small dinner if you want to eat after that so your stomach doesnt have alot to digest

Breakfast is the MOST important of all. I cant eat in the morning because it makes me sick to my stomach. I have to wait about 3-4 hours after I wake up or I do end up in the bathroom. But for me, dinner is the most important. When ever you get home, make yourself a dinner, just not a huge one but something quick and simple. Maybe a salad 2-3 times a week for dinner. I usually do that.

Like you I don't eat brakfast and evening eater. I have tried so many diets. Then I tried Weight Watchers, I lost no matter when I ate cause it goes by points, you just have to use all your points. And you can eat alot, you never go hungry. havfaith
