nope, hes a guy, although he may be mistaken for 1 coz he looks like it, he doesnt have a manly aura to him, he has this fragile, naive aura, like a mama's boy or something. but definitely not gay. if there's a gay in AI season 7, its gotta be danny noriega. its pretty obvious.

I would like to see him win this season as I think that he is very talented! I do not believe that he is gay as I know that he has a girlfriend at the moment. I think he is just shy and doesn't like all the attention that he is getting.

David is a very sweet and simple guy that's why many people would think that he is gay. But as far as I'm concerned, I think he's not. He is just living and showing us how his parents brought him up. He is a nice guy after all.

David Archuleta is a very sweet young guy who is captivating a nationwide audience. His star is even shining in a lot of fans' hearts all over the globe...me included. Judging by his mannerism, it would be easy to conclude that he is gay. However, mannerism is not the only criterion to be considered as gay. Now, if ever he is gay...I don't care. I want him to sing and he does it well...and he is so cute anyway. GAY OR NOT...WE LOVE DAVID ARCHULETA. And I think I will love him MORE if he is gay!

I don't think he is. I think he is just a young, sweet guy. He has a lot of talent and I really enjoy watching him on American Idol. Not sure if he will win but bet he gets a record deal along the way. I am hoping he does anyway.

No, I don't think he is. I think he's just a really nice, sweet young guy, and it comes across every time he's on stage. He just has to pick the right song this week for sure. If he gets the right songs, I think he stands a good chance of winning. I also don't think it's fair to have such a young guy and the older guys competing against each other.
