I am going to exercise today and hopefully I'll do more than an hour. I have my own treadmill in my house so that's what I do when I excercise. I think that we should all take a few minutes and at least do some jumping jacks. I want you guys to do something like that and tell me what you did to stay active. Okay so get set... go. Remember at least 5 jumping jacks. Come on guys we could do it.

one-two-three-four! c'mon ayumi! don't slack off! jump some more! if its going to be at least five jumping jacks per day that would be easy! but i don't think that would be enough for me to stay active for the whole day. i need some rush of adrenaline to stay active for the whole day. ^__^;; i'm not really active everyday. coffee doesn't help me. five jumping jacks won't help me. i think i need at least one set of tennis match. or 15 minutes of running. but i'm just too lazy to do that. :p i guess what keeps me awake and active at work is my boss! when she's there we have to be alert and we're always on our toes because there are so many things to do when she's there. ^__^;;

LOL. Those first three to four sentences are hilarious. I know what you mean, there are times when I just feel so lazy. But then when I do something like jump up or down, or go outside to get some groceries, or run around the house with younger sister I just get this rush of adrenaline that makes me want to running on my treadmill. But there are times when even that isn't enough and I feel so lazy and depressed. Actually there is one thing. My secret weapon.... RED BULL! It gives me wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnngssssssss! I think I'm so sleepy I'm actually drunk right now. Okay nighty nite. ^_^

glad to have made you laughed while you're drunk. naughty girl. ^__^ my little nephew can give me an adrenaline rush too. he is just so hyperactive and if i'm baby-sitting, i just can't relax because he can go anywhere and do what he wants without telling me. don't get overdosed by redbull okay?

hello,ayumitakashi!daily exercise is definitely good for health.everybody should do it at least for 30 minutes.i never do any exercise except going on for a walk in the evening in the park.i enjoy it amidst natural surroundings.i think it is enough for me.thank you.
