How does a good hot bath sound to you?

I can imagine anything more comforting topped with some essential oils and off to dreamland.

It is definitely good for circulation. Some people may have troubles if they have a weak heart. I like the warmth of it.

A hot bath sounds great! I like to lay in a hot bubble bath (who doesn't love a good smelling bubble bath! :P ) and readin a good mystery/thriller/suspense book! =D Sometimes I like having music playing, sometimes I like it quiet...that really just depends on the moment. I usually take them right before bed, so I have to tie up my hair because I hate going to sleep with wet hair! Too cold! =)
