I see that there are fees for some people in certain countries! Maybe it is better for you to wait until you have a hundred dollars to take your money from paypal. as I understand that paypal pays interest for money that stays in the account!

Well here in the Uk, say I sell some thing on ebay and get paid for that item using pay pal then I am charged a % by pay pal for having the item paid for that particular way. Also if I want to withdraw under £50.00 I have to pay a charge of £0.25p to transfer the money. Things may be different in your country so I would advise that you actually speak to pay pal themselves regarding this issue as you may get told miss leading facts by some one on here.

Oh, I would very much like to help you about this question. I am also a Chinese and I've experienced the same problem like you. I am sorry to tell you that it's no way to withdraw the money from your Paypal account as I called and asked the Paypal staff. And I was told that they would charge me USD35. It is just so crazy. It doesn't make a sense at all. I can't pay them USD35 to get USD10. So I am going to buy something via the net. At least many websites support Paypal. It seems it's already a good solution to it.

I just noticed paypal does have a minimum withdrawal for users in China! You have to wait until you have 150 US dollars, and then the charge depends on the bank you are using plus 35 dollars US money for the PayPal fee! Maybe you can make purchases online instead?
