caffeine's ability to quickly and constrict blood vessels has made it a valued topical ingredient, usally in products designed to minimize facial flushing. For that reason, caffeine can be a tremendous help to those who suffer from rosacea, which is caused by frequently dilated blood vessels that lose their ability to contract.Research suggests that both oral and topical caffeine may offer powerful anticarcinogenic benefits. Guess I'll go have another cup of coffee this morning. lol

I must have 'beautiful' skin. I drink at least a pot of coffee a day. What makes one thing beautiful harms another, though. Where is my coffee?????

Thank you for giving me an excuse for drinking all of the caffeinated soda that I drink.

I have heard this before also and then I have turned around and heard that it is really bad for your skin because it makes it all oily or something like that and then I stopped trying to drink so much of it and then washing my skin more and more but I think that it is better for you because i heard that if you drink two cups of coffee in the morning times then it will cut your calories in half that day or something like that and I think that is a really good thing because I think we all have problems with our weight at some points in our lives...like you may think your too big or you may think that your too small and want to drink more to try and gain weight... Wow that is cool. I wouldn't think that caffeine would be good for the skin. But from what you said I guess that I can believe you. But how did they find that. I'm sure from just a lot of the research. It seems like that scientist think they have all the answers, they can make up some of this stuff, but maybe not, lol.
