Ugh! Don't remind me. I'm doing good on the eating, but not on the exercise. I don't think my pain is a good excuse, because frankly, I hurt whether I exercise or not. I've been eating carrots every time I get the urge to snack. It hasn't helped make me feel better, but I do have an affinity for orange now.

Food has never really done it for me. I do occasionally eat junk, but I eat because I have to, more than because I want to. However due to a medication I was taking I put on some weight, and have no taken some of it off. I'll lose the rest through exercise... My advice to you is this... all things in moderation. It's okay to eat junk, just not all the times and not enourmous amounts. Don't deprive yourself, eat when you are hungry, and when you are not... don't. It's that simple. Take your time with the foods you enjoy, eat slowly and savour them. Best of luck to you, but I don't think you'll need it.

Every thing in moderation. You can still eat what you want, just as long as the serving size is cut down. Actually, it is better for you to eat smaller meals more often.

I understand how you feel. I am an emotional eater, so its really hard for me to eat healthy. I also found out that my blood pressure is a bit too high, which is upsetting. So good luck to you. It is possible to do this, you just have to be motivated enough.
