How do you like to eat your GOLD FISH ?

No, not the ones from the pond, but the ones from Pepperidge Farms.
and, what flavor do you prefer.
I am kind of traditional in my gold fish preference, liking the original cheese flavored.
I like them fine straight out of the bag - but I REALLY like to put them on my salad and mingle them in with the tomatoes, feta cheese and delicious dressing.

i like to dump a whole big handful of white cheddars into my clam chowder.it's really awesome in that.
never thought of putting them in salad-i'll have to try that.

surprisingly,no.they seem to have a higher hang time than something say,like oysterettes.
even if you sink them with your spoon they really don't get squishy that fast.

I love them straight out of the bag. But I will give the goldfish a try in salads. It sounds wonderful. I love croutons, so why wouldn't I like the goldfish in my salad?I love the cheese flavor the best.

I do not like gold fish, Not the ones from the ponds nor the ones from Pepperidge Farms. I don't like them from the bag nor do I like them on my salads. I don't like most cheeses unless it is in my grilled sandwich or other hot dishes that has the cheese melted. Melting the cheese changes the flavor.

Well, you could ask my sister and dad this question, and they would take it at face value. Twenty eight years ago my dad was doing a bus route at the church he was attending. He promised the kids, if they could bring 100 friends altogether in total, he would swallow a live goldfish. And they brought more than a hundred, so my dad swallowed the live goldfish. He didn't chew it or anything (of course that would be gross 
). We have pictures of that. Anyway, when my sister taught in Missouri, she told all her Spanish class students if they all made A's on their final, she would swallow a live goldfish. And she did. They all made A's, so she followed through. Let's hope this doesn't get PETA lovers on my back. It was years ago people and I swear I had nothing to do with it!!!
Anyway, I like my goldfish in tomato soup. Yummy to my tummy. And I know it won't be swimming around doing anything more than digesting. : )

Im glad you clarified that one i was thing goldfish ewwww. Well im not a fan of the cheesy fish but my kids love them they eat em straight out of the bag also. And they eat them fast too. They never last.

Afternoon Modestah, I quite like goldfish swimming in a bowl of hot tomato soup. One of my favorite things in the winter when I am chilled :)))

I buy them and they disappear...
oh where or where did my little fish go, oh where oh where can they be?
I bought them onlu yesterday, ...oh where oh where can they be?
With orangy fingers and smiles that match, I ask my kids where they went...oh where or where did my little fish go
"our tummies are where they were sent"
Yummy recipes....I must hide some of those creature and try that!
