It seems like a lot of people are on a diet right now... trying to keep slim or more likely trying to lose weight for the summer or just for their health... And it seems like everyone has got at least one food or drink that they love and do not want to give up even though it is high fat, high calorie or high in something else that they know is not good for them... I go for dark chocolate chips that I keep in the freezer, chocolate brownies with chocolate frosting, Flaming Hot Munchies, pizza, macaroni and cheese and Mountain Dew. What is your favorite bad for you snack, meal, and drink?

90% of the time I eat predominately fresh fruits and veggies. BUT my unhealthy food choices that I won't even consider giving up are: my daily latte (sometimes twice daily) and pizza. I also occasionally go out to eat and, while sometimes I select a healthy meal, sometimes I go for a big ol' cheeseburger with fries.

Oh, and I also occasionally get Walmart brand Thick and Creamy Macaroni and Cheese. That is especially bad for me, probably the worst of all...but it is SOOO good!

I don't think it would be quite as cheesy as those frozen dinners- they are more of a velveeta creamy and thick type, yes? But it is MUCH creamier than regular mac and cheese. The shells are elbow but are not as thin as the kraft ones. It is right in with all of the boxed macaroni and cheeses...oh, I wish we still had some in the pantry!! It sounds so good right now!!

You are such a mean person to my diet and such a good friend to my stomach, grins... "Creamy Mac and Cheese" wondering if it is better than Stouffers or Lean Cuisine or Michalangelos or Banquet? I am wondering whether to purchase it myself. Is it very cheesey and are the noodles elbows, shells or something else?

mmm good... chocolate!!! Have you ever tried 7-11's brownies... wonderful things and the good thing is you can splurge on one and not have the whole pan to tempt you later as they sell them individually.I love dark chocolate. It should be another food group. They say that those who eat candy like this live 11 months longer than those who don't and we know that they live happier too as the dark chocolate has feel good chemicals in it... better than a kiss or other things for women especially.
