Most of us has having a hard time in coping up on heartache specially when the relationship has gone for many years. Do still remember how did you cope up?

Heartache is never easy but sometimes it is fun. There might be some enjoyment to be gained by being hearbroken. I used to have heartaches before but I quickly learned it is more fun not to allow your heart to be broken. Surrendering your heart and emotions to another is a sure way to get your heart broken and this is one lesson I am determined not to forget.

My very first break-up was certainly the most painful heartache I ever had. Good thing my family was there to help and take care of me. I actually didn't tell them the specifics of the break up, I just remember waking up early, and saw my dad. He was puzzled why I was awake that early, and when I went to him and hugged him, he knew what just happened. I didn't spoke a word, yet he said to me "Life's like that - breakups are inevitable." I guess for him to know exactly what I am going through helped a lot in coping up. Like I said, I didn't tell the specifics, but my family made sure I eat well, and I won't be alone physically - or else I'd cry and cry. So happy to have my family around!

if it was years that has passed by, i guess i would have totally forgotten that pain.. maybe remember the person... but not the pain. i have not been through such a terrible heartache... but i guess if it did occur to me, i would have spend my times sulking at a time, pour my heart out, and then move on by going out with friends, spending time with other people who can help me forget about the heart ache.
