Unfortunately,I hurt my colleague when I am kidding with her today.I just want to have a joke with her,you know.I get along with her very well before.I have apologized to her,but she wouldn't forgive me.I bothered myself,has it ever happened to you? What will I do?

just keep on apologizing to her and make sure you really regretted it and you should apologize from the bottom of your heart

All you can do at this point is let her know how sorry you are and that it will never happen again. The rest is up to her...

on my opinion ,i think that the joke you have is not the same meaning to her.Maybe she thought that it was not a joke but a true thing.when she think like that ,she will compare this with what in her heart before.if it is the same,congratulation ,you are all right.if it is the opponent, she will not like you in her heart.although i said lots above,dou you heard two mottos:you never know how the woman think truely and what the woman said is not agree with what the woman think in her heart.
