my star ratings decreases

Yup a lot of us have been having the same 'problem' and it really is not good. There are some really good posters out there that have a bad rating 'cause they ticked someone off and that is not right. Thanks Zelo

yeah, i also experiencing this in last 3 days and now again my star ratings recover from 87 to 97 and i am pretty happy with this, and basically most of the mylotter think that it doesn't relate to income you get but its what other mylotters think about you... Have Fun!!!

I do not know how the ratings worked, I just try and post often, keep the posts interesting and hopefully it all works out in the end. I do try and give out my best response thingy in the perhaps vain hope that helps.

i faced the same thing as like you dear friend few days ago. it was sad me cause it seemed that my rating star points getting decreased after i submit discussion which made some people getting disagree and actually i welcoming any different opinion than me. what i do then, i tried to posting actively and i got my rating star points getting back again. and don't worry at all, cause as like you said although the rating star points getting fluctuated, as long as you are actively in here then your earning would be better than before

It means that you are not getting as many "+" ratings as you used to. It may be a consequence of a new change on myLot. Now, when you post a comment you will see your comment and not the initial discussion. Many users probably don't scroll up to the initial text to hit the "+" rating anymore. It doesn't affect the earnings, because you still get responses, but you don't get ratings like you used to. Another possibility is that you don't respond as many discussions as before, so you don't get "+" ratings for responses...

yes indeed my star rating was a ten went down to nine andback to ten in one day and back down to nine again. there are mylotters on here who have too active a trigger finger for hitting the negative rating key simply because they did not agree with what you posted and that is just plain wrong.

I got a shock some time back when mine went to blue and I guessed it wouldn't be for long. Sure enough it went back to red and I'm amazed it is still the same color. I look on it as being like wearing clothes - you wouldn't wear the same color all the time would you? So if it changes I just think 'oh new dress today' and I certainly don't bother about it
