So how do you know your ChaCha dashboard is really working?:

I got the notification a day or so ago that I passed the transcriber test and to just login to use it. My dashboard looks the same. I checked the knowledge database and the post said all I had to do was login and I would assigned either a live chat or transcriber. However, I have tried being online twice, both times for an extended period of time with no hits.
Is my dashboard working??

You're welcome. Have you gotten any transcriptions since you first posted this? As long as you are logged in to the universe and set as "available" you are good to go. You most definately should be receiving them at least here and there if you are logged in for a decent period of time. I would send feedback if you still arent getting any. It seems to be busier at night.

Well, hopefully ti will pick up soon. I just picked up a forum posting job where I have to do make 100 posts a day to make it worth my while. I was hoping that chacha would pick up s I could make some money on there. I have $2.00 just sitting in my account there.

What is the chacha dashboard? Can you tell me more about it? I have never heard of it until now. Is it something like a blog or something like that? I have a dashboard area for my blog is why I ask.

The ChaCha dashboard is what you log into when you are a ChaCha guide. You stay on that screen until you get a search request. There really isn't anything on the dashboard when you log in except to mark if you are available or not and to turn your sound on & off. Once you get a request, you get an entirely new screen. Doesn't look like a blog dashboard.
