Is pay-ads a scam?

Pay-ads.com scam - pay-ads.com is really a scam?

Is there any body who uses pay-ads.com. that is sites that pays u money for putting their banner in ur site. they said they will give $3.5 per 1000 US,canada,uk,australia impressions. i earned $0.588 which is more than min payout ($0.5). but they didnt pay me. Does anyone got paid here?

I dont want to use computer earn money so that to be a rich man .And if i want , i dot know how to do.ahaaa. I came here only 2 weeks.so i dont know if someday i get 10$ if the web would pay. Good luck to u.
