how can i get dollars on the internet?

lately i' m had a recomendation from my father friend, to get some money from the internet. and from him too, i know and now registered as mylot member. but he also told me to tried another site that will pay us to do something... like swatcash.com, taketheinternetback.com and also other site.
in fact, i dont fully understand of this way. i'm still afraid of the charge, fees or anything that i must pay to them. can anyone of you give solution to me?
