I'm almost 6 months pregnant and I'm sleeping on the floor. Our cat is getting his balls chopped off tomorrow but I doubt it will do anything, he pee'd on our bed! twice. and Its bad enough to have to sleep in a bed where a cat pee'd on it. (I don't know how to clean it up either other than spray disinfectant on it.) and then the smell makes me sick. I'm about ready to throw the cat out the door but my husband wont let me. What do I do!?

Cats and pregnant women do not go well...for some. Just make sure you're not the one changing the litter box. Now, what the grandmaof2 suggested sounds perfect! Do that and throw the cat out the door. If anything, is the cat spraying? If so, I do believe it's too late for the chopping of the balls.

The cat has been spraying.. thats why hes peeing on everything! My husband told me last night that we are going to get rid of him. So we arent even going to get him de-maned or declawed. I know these cats are harder to find around my area, I just wish he was a good cat so we could keep him. but I can't stand this one. Its a ragdoll

Throw them both out. No No just kidding. I suggest getting ahold of a steam cleaner (rug shampooer) and it sucks the water out as fast as you spray it on. I'd put some Lysol in the water. Just an idea. Good Luck.

I heard vinegar works very well to get the urine smell out. I haven't tried it though. I wish you luck with it. It makes me sick also.

Getting his "balls chopped off " would have fixed the problem, lol, thats what male cats do when their in heat. I liked your wording in that discussion though, lol.
