i can't log on windows live messenger

it says there is something wrong with my windows live id,thus i'm not allowed to log on it. the fault code is 80048831. it's a terrible news,which means i can't receive mail from it.who knows what happened to my id? and have you come across the same problenm with me? what's your solution?

I am sorry that I don't know what this error code stands for. Perhaps you can check whether your computer is affected by the computer virus. Just put your mouse on the right bottom and see whether the date and time is correct. My dad had the similar problem before. If not, then I suggest you to contact MSN staff and ask for the solution.

it's clear now.it has nothing to do with virus.i set my password valid time for 60 days and i have to change it since time is due.now it's ok.
