Should driving license b given to persons blow age o 18?

i tink...yea! it should b given... der should b a strict xam... n constant observation o da particular child... only afta he/she pases da tests... he shud b given da license... n this shud b a very hard xam...

I disagree, I don't think people under 18 have the social maturity to deal with the responsibilities of being behind the wheel, I know that thats a generealisation but you can't make exceptions to the laws so i have to look at the bigger picture. Most 18 year olds dont even have the maturity to be driving and as a 21year old i feel in a position to be able to say this. Passing one exam isnt an indication of how you will cope on the roads for the majority of the time...

ok but wat if da license is given only to those exceptionally advanced children? wat if dey r like supa cool in driving?

Thats what I was saying about NO exceptions. You have to be general when it comes to laws. I'm sure there are a select few teens that hav the capabilities of driving but I don't think peoples lives are worth the risk...
