How would this taste: using leftover meat sauce for sloppy joes

Saturday night I meat sauce and spaghetti. Not thinking about wanting to have leftovers for dinner tonight, I sent that to work with my husband.
I was thinking sloppy joes, but I am not sure how great the two seasonings would mix (I make sloppy joes from scratch, not out of the can).
If not sloppy joes, what could this turn into?

Not it has meat in it already. It was meat sauce used on top of pasta for dinner Saturday.

I'm not sure i know what you mean.. But if this helps, i sometimes just use speggetti sauce as the sloppy joe sauce if i'm desperate. lol i'm cooking challanged unless someone shows me how to do it in person, usually, so i kinda make stuff up as i go along, if it works it works, if it dont it dont. i'm sure it will taste a lot different then your usual sloppy hoes, i mean joes, but i'm willing to bet they will be JUST as good! ;)

I think it would make great sloppy joes. You could also use it to make chile or use it to make some lasagna also. Hasve you ever tried that? I would try making chili with it myself.

I like to use leftover meat sauce for "sloppy joes" though it is not as sweet as sloppy joes would normally be, it is still very good. I often use my leftover spaghetti sauce to make chili or even hamburger soup (add in mushrooms if not already in it - and potatoes and carrots or string beans... pretty much anything goes) or add taco seasonings (cumin, chili powder etc) and make it a taco soup.
