I have lost my response to you Sorry I'm still learning the key strokes, I seem to get it correct one time and the next time write my response and it disapears....... Weill not to worry I will start again, the formula for a parralle tank is easy However once laid on its side the formula become quite complex, I have tryed working true it to pass on as i enjoy working formulas out----- not this one So I searched and searched the internet, FOUND IT there is a site you put in the Diameter Length and the Depth(note the depth is you varing levels ) you have to go inch by inch or millimetre by millimetre . Its a great site

r squared times base times 3.1416 times length
base = 1.490
radius = 1 / 2 base = 0.745
r squared = 0.555025
L = 2.860
(r)2 * 3.1416 * h = volume in
note ( * ) means multiply my keyboard does not have cross times sign nor dot in middle
V=4.987cu/m = 4987 liters or multiply by0.2642 =us gal or by 0.21998 = Imperial gal.
1 inch = 25.4mm wow 2AM and I've got to get up early tomorrol sorry will add to tomorol
