your tax dollars would go to the cause or charity of your choice. Assuming the taxes would go to the same place every year, where would you like them to go (you can split among several charities if you so choose.
I would like mine to go into research and curing all childhood diseases, all cancer research and cure and helping to clothe, feed and house underprivileged men women and children.

Very noble idea.
I would want to create some sort of mediation organization. Something that could broker peace around the world. The UN is a joke really and should be either disbanded or replaced. But imagine if we could avert hostilities around the world, how much money that is spent on defense that could go to other areas. Things like medical research, job training, R&D etc.
Ok time to wake up.
