For fresher hair shampoo with baking soda and then deep condition. Or you can mix a little in your hand with your shampoo. Make sure to always deep condition afterwards as baking soda will really CLEAN your hair.

I am not exactly sure about this actually.. If you really think about it.. Wouldn't they make something like this if it was true? Honest.. I know it's ok to use for your teeth but your hair I don't think so unless you want it to burn your scalp... I know I would never try this that's for sure.. Last thing I'd want is my head itching or burning...

Wow. I didn't know that. Is it possible? Aren't baking soda suppose to "burn" your hair because it's like a little acidic? I dunno. It's interesting to try. Mind sharing how did you get to arrive at such practice? Who taught you? Are you doing it yourself? What's the result? Not that I am so much interested in keeping my hair, I mean, I'm a man. But I am plan on sporting my hair longer since it's vacation time and there are no school demands or something. But yeah, that would be a cool advice to follow if it won't have serious consequences after. Thanks for sharing though.

I didn't know that baking soda is good for your hair too. I knew it's good to wash your teeth with it. It's good for cleaning and whitening as well.
