Anyone knows who is the Leader of Akatsuki?

Hey anyone noticed the leader of Akatsuki back in the cave when they were forcing the binju out from Gaara? Well, I strongly suspect that he is White Fang of Konoha also the father of Kakashi. Whats your view?

The leader of Akatsuki is Tobi.But who is Tobi?He said that he is Uchiha madara,if he is madara it's unnecessary for him to take mask.Tobi's eye and his hair style looks like Danzo.I'm puzzled...

The answer is revieled in the manga. The surface leader (or who appears to be leading Akatsuki) is Pain/Penn who was last seen defeating Jiraya about 2 months ago. The read leader is Tobi, who is actually Madara Uchiha.
