Associated Content has paid me! How about you?

I am fairly new to Associated Content. I am still trying to figure out what 'sells' and what doesn't, but I am finding that it is a whole lot more conducive to just write what I like as opposed what AC calls for. At any rate, in my short time there, I have been paid a total of $6.04 in upfront payments. I am also approaching the payout threshold of 1,000 views on a couple of my articles. I am told that AC pays fairly well for reviews. What is your experience?

Well I've only been paid once by AC for an upfront payment for one article. They paid me $10 for that one article. Then I have two other articles that are not upfront and aren't even close to 100 views. I am hoping to write another article this week or soon so I could get paid again. I could really use some extra cash right about now.

I have not been paid yet and today noticed that the payment owned to me has gone down significantly. I dont understand the payment tab area at all.

It is hard to know what they will pay up front for. I know they won't pay upfront for recipes or book reviews, unless the book is super hot. I have been paid up front for about 80% of my articles. They seem to like articles about health conditions.

I haven't submitted too many for upfront payment. I should try more of them, to see what I can get.

It doesn't hurt to try. If they say no to the upfront payment, then you just submit it non-exlusive like you would hany anyways. Who knows you might just get paid up-front as well.

My experience: I make around $100 bucks a month from AC; page view program usually gets me 50-75 of that. http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/26766/wes_laurie.html

Hi there, hows it going, I wish I had referred you there, I haven't made any thing there yet, the articles I have written aren't long enough for that site, the one I referred you to is a little more lax on the length policy, When did you join here? I've been a member here for over a year but it is getting very unfair and discussions are deleted often for no reason, if someone complains then it's deleted because there really aren't any completely original discussions any more. take care your yuwie friend

I can't say enough about how good they are at paying you. I get a payment every month for the hits my articles get. They pay consistenly every time. I have never had any issues with them. They also listen to your emails and I was able to get some better offers to write on better subjects for upfront pay. So, if you have any questions email them. above all, I really like that site for many reasons. They do pay you when you reach payout.

I am really pleased, thus far. At my current production rate, I don't expect to live on my earnings... A little extra cash for doing something that I really like to do - no complaints from me.

For upfront I've been paid about 10.5$ and I am so close to reaching 1.5$ for performance views. I need to write more articles so that I can get it faster lol.
