What's the most random thing you've ever seen?

Is there something just crazy, unexpected or surprising that you've seen in the course of your daily travels?
Years ago I was in Fashion Bug (women's clothing store). Across the rack from me a man was looking through a rack of clothes. I didn't think anything strange. I thought maybe he was shopping for his gf or wife. I noticed he had a beard but anyway. He walked towards the door and he had red high heel pumps, some white short socks and pink satiny booty shorts. I had never seen anything like it before.

a guy in full clown outfit (shoes,red nose,everything)just walking down the street by wall street in new york.
he stood out so strangly against all the guys in business suits and briefcases,i couldn't help but laugh.funny thing is,nobody paid him any mind.

I have seen, well i used to see him almost every day when i lived there. . a man in a dress, and high heels, with i think fake boobs, and short hair, older man, like 50-60, digging through trash cans for bottles to return for the deposit. lol. He seems to not notice the people around him, and most of the people that are in the area are used to seeing him around i guess.
Here there is a man that is pretty overweight, and he walks up and down the street with a grocery cart with a bucket of water and a squeegee washing windows and talking to his "friends". lol. sometimes he sings at the top of his lungs. and walks out in front of cars to cross the street.

I would have roasted that person there!!! Not because he was gay or a transvestite, but who taught you how to dress?!? At least you could have put on something that matched, and we all know that you don't wear short socks with high heels!!!
