Restart a similar discussion again which have got no response?

Many questions we ask got zero response. But some of the questions are important for us.
so can we ask the same question again with necessary correction( like describing it's importance)?
it's not about getting more earnings($)
It's about getting problems solved.
Can i do that?

We are allowed to do that, but we should re-create and re-type it differently. Maybe add more information concerning the subject matter, put more details and re-edit some that we've missed. You could do that, as long as you don't violate any guidelines here..
What I find against the guidelines is, soliciting for a response for the sake of the topic to be resolved or for it to be simply responded.
