Dont you think mylot should have this feature.....

It is a good idea actually, another website I am on tells you which ones you have responded too, but here sometimes I forget if I have responded to something and then have to go through the whole thing to see if I can find myself. So that would be a really good idea.

Yea,I think this feature which you mention would be really good. If we read an article and reply to it that day,then if by chance if we go there again we will remember that we have already responded to it. But,there are some discussions which go on for months with 45 responses,54 responses,65 responses and even just now I saw 104 responses. We shall never know if we have replied to it if by chance we visit again the next week. I support that it would be better if there is a way we can know if we have answered it already or not.I mean when we by chance visit that discussion.Dont you agree? If there is less thn 20 responses then we shall remember.But,if it had more than 30 I think it would be difficult to remember it. We wont know whether we have only read this discussion or we have already replied to this discussion. Cheers ! Have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I definitely think Mylot should have this feature. I don't really like they way the organize the "discussions I responded to feature". Some discussions have 15 pages of responses on it and I just don't have time to go through them all to see if I posted in any of them. I also post so much that there's such a long list of discussions I've responded to that I can't go back and see if a particular discussion is on my list. Also, if they can list the discussions that have new responses at the top of that list, that would be great. That's what most other sites do. Or, they have an icon that states whether or not they have a new post.

Yes it would have been better if they could introduce that here. That is 'you have already responded to this discussion' like. But it should not come when you are commenting on the discussion, only for the response. If it comes for the comments also then no one can reply the comments more than once. It would be a good idea. Mylot has this "discussions I've responded to" tab, so you can see the discussions you have answered already. But you know, you have a brilliant idea, since it will be tedious and confusing if you will check the "discussions I've responded to" tab from time to time, or before responding to a discussion just to make sure you haven't answered it yet- Your idea is surely helpful.

Yes that would be nice. But they already have the "discussions i´ve responded to". but yes it could be nice ;D

Friend, if you will rate every discussion you read or respond to, then when you go back to it, it will say, in red "Rated!" and you will not spend more time on it that way. I try to make it my policy. I rate everything. Not always a +, but pretty often.If I will take time to respond to a discussion, I rate it + based on that fact alone.

i think its really needed. i also have thought of this. many times by mistake i have replied to a same post more than ones.if its there, then we will not waste time.
