Yes I know what you mean ( But most of the time this is because I'm not looking at the right place. Let's spice up a bit these aggravations into something useful, join PTS. The feeling is still the same but hey we're being paid.

I have!! but i almost always use the search feature in windows. If you go to the start button and then search you can search for file names or files.. different types of files, or using the name.. if you dont know the name you can use the star as a wildcard so to speak.. say your searchign for a picture.. you search *.jpg it will bring up every picture with the extention jpg on your pc!! It's pretty helpfull sometimes!

I am fully aware of where all the files are, so there is no reason for me to search for them. If you are referring to utilities, such as where to change the contents of My Computer or where to alter the settings etcetera then I do not usually have any problem with this either.

I don't think I've ever not been able to find something I was looking. In fact, I not only find what I need, I get paid for it! I have a banner on my profile if you want to check it out.
