my little baby boy age 1 year 3 month old still drooling. i'm so worry about it because his 2 old sisters stopped drolling before they reach 1 year old. some says he has an SI syndrome (what the hell is it?). some says that i just have to wait patiently because the drooling would stop by itself when the time has come. some says that i have to fulfill whatever he want..that's the one i don't understand. if you guys have experience about this would you share it?thank's

My 2yo was always covered in drool until she was about 18 months old. Then she got her last molars and it stopped. That was a fun month. I had 3 kids cutting teeth. My baby was getting her 2 year molars early. And my 6 and 7 year olds were getting their 6 year molars (yes there is another set of molars to come, besides the wisdom teeth). I think my 7yo was more whiny then the baby, lol.

If your boy has'nt got all his teeth that will cause him to drool.I have a son that also is 1yr and he drools alot, but as all his teeth come in he slows down.I have found that boys do things in there time not ours.haha lol.. Girls on the other hand seem to do everything right on time.Just have patients and it will stop soon.I realy wouldn't worry right now,but I can understand your concern..good luck

Drooling is very common among kids. Especially when they dont understand the concept of swallowing. Have your son started taking solids? He should have by now as he is more than one year. If he starts chewing and swallowing, then he will learn to swallow the saliva too. Dont worry about SI syndrome and all. But still if you have doubts, ask for an opinion form his peadiatrician. Except doctors no one could diagnoise your son of having a SI syndrome. But anyway dont worry.
