My computer is infected..

My computer is infected by spyware,malware,etc. and i have already tried to download some kind of PC tools spyware from google,but i still get pop-ups that saying my computer is infected.Please help me out

I got that tto, It flashed on my /computer telling me I was infected, I already have AVG? so I am still confused, I don't think that I will download anything. I will let AVG do the Job?
