Too long discussions?

I am not against long discussion but sometimes when I read them I realize that they could be told in two lines and I regret reading them. What do you think of people writing too much?

Do you mean too long in the discussion or in the response? If you meant response, i think i am one of them who write the response quite lengthy and sometimes, i didn really realise how much i have be writing as my mind keep rolling and rolling. I know it is quite frustrating when you are reading a long post but sometimes, it is the user's intention of helping you know the situation more clearly and you will answer her question more relevant than general comment. There is no harm done when you read it, it is matters only that you want a quick short post and you can response quickly on the discussion. I believe that long discussion can really help user get into the situation more quickly.

Some topics just cannot be explained in only twolines and some responses if they are too short just donot get the answer across to whoever was asking, especially if that personis not too familiar with the English language. If a topic justifies a long response then I feel that's fine and I don't mind reading it either. By the way, the longer the response or the discussion the more it earns too

If too much words are justified and hot the purpose I am totally with. If this too long for no purpose I am totally against cause e I believe it is a waste of time. I know more words mean more earnings on my lot but this does not justify writing for just writing.
