I was at the mall by my brothers house with him and his family yesterday. We rented a stroller to push the baby around in. I noticed a sign that talked about a group that you can sign up for a group and get a free stroller rental to go for a walk and get healthy and lose weight. Do you mall walk? Does you mall have this?

no they do not have it, but i walk in a mall and it is really a brilliant idea to cut down weight and have fun at the same time.

I do Mall walking. I go from the car to pay the telephone and electric bill. My husband waits at the door or goes to get insurance, and I walk all the way to Sears. I have seen people mall walk and I was considering doing it for real, but our house is almost a mile from the Mall. So if I start to walk to the Mall, I have the mall walk plus. Besides I am more inclined to Mall rushing.

Well, as I said before, I really think the Mall should provide strollers to encourage people to mall-walk who have to take children in tow. I do go to the mall specifically to walk around and get a bit of leg-stretching. It's not as good as jogging, but it is better than nothing.
