What's wrong with me?

I wonder if you have a same feeling as me.I go to bed early at night and get up not to early (at around 7 o'clock) on morning,but I still seems sleepy and extremly tired after face-cleaning.I do a lot of dreams one by one in night,worstly,I can tell out 90% of my dreams. It is really bad on my work since I could not even concentrate myself before computer.I got headache when I am working. This symptom has been lasting for two months,my boyfriend has the same symptom and he feels to faint when walking to home. Some told me that it's the season,human often feel dizzy in spring.I don't think so.There must be something wrong with us. But what's wrong with us?

quite agree with that people will easy feel sleep in spring times. i dont think there have some serious wrong with u both. lol.

I am wondering if I lack of vitamin really.I am easy to be tired when go shopping,work before computers.. To my surprise,I thought I have got enough sleep,but after getting up,I still feel sleepy and want to lay back on bed. My boyfriends hold the same symptom as mine.He complaint if there is something wrong with foods we eat everyday.I have no idea,since I can not find any wrong in foods I cook. I really want to be energetic as you all.

It sounds like you're having very vivid dreams and aren't getting the type of sleep where you wake up feeling refreshed. This happens to me sometimes too, what I do to get a good nights sleep is makes sure I get a good amount of exercise and fresh air in the morning. Before going to bed I relax and let go of any worries I may have and crawl into bed with a good book. My partner finds a nightcap like whiskey helps him get to sleep. If this doesn't work I'd see your doctor, as perhaps you have a sleep disorder.

Dear,Thank you so much for you valuable advice. To tell you the truth,I once suffered from insomnia in school.I was rather frightened to hearing other's snores with my eyes open in middle night at that time.I tried all means friends told me.Running from upstairs to downstairs,and then downstairs to upstairs,drinking milks before sleeping,but I still could not get to sleep afterwards.I count sheep and force myself not to think anything.A terrible experenice to me! I never sleep without dreams.Doctor advised as you said,I think I should follow your advice of doing more exercise. Thank you again.
