When dog food is new and improved tasting, who tests it? (to be given a thought)

good question...i guess they put the old style and the new style in front of a dog and see which one he eats first and most...thats my guess...
if he eats the new style -
"new and improved."
if he eats the old style -
"Same Great Taste.!"
