Why so much Graffati?

I am wondering why there is so much graffiti all around? I live right near a train track, when the trains come by, there is graffiti on most of the cars. Now these people that put most of this graffiti on are very talanted, seems to me they could be painters or something.Why are they waisting their time vandalizing other peoples property?

That is a very good question. I think (this means completely guessing) they might be youngsters. Perhaps they are still in school and not working. Some of the graffiti is quite lovely, if only it didn't show up in completely inappropriate places.

Yes, they must be young people, probally still in schoo.Most of this graffiti I see is very lovely, it would take them quite some time to do it.Seems they could be making money at doing this!!
