Coconut juice, miracle juice

I've never had the opportunity to drink coconut juice. I don't even know how widely available it is in this country. Just last week, I was at a whole foods health store here and they had coconuts on display in the produce section. The coconuts had holes drilled in them and straws inserted. That was the first time I had seen something like that and I thought it was quite interesting. I did a search just now and found a few for sale here that would be about $20.00 US for an 11 ounce bottle. It may be expensive.

By the username you chose to use here in mylot, I could undoubtedly say that you're a Filipino, just like me. And you're right regarding the coconut, that it has so many benefits to one's health. In fact, I'm one of those who rely on the coconut juice whenever I feel my kidneys ache. And not only this, the entire tree is so beneficial that it has so many uses. That's why my husband and I plan to purchase several hectares of land and have various trees planted on it, including mango, avocado, coconut, guavas, and a lot more. Hopefully, by next year, when we are able to fully pay all our outstanding obligations from loans and credit cards, we will finally realize our dream not only for ourselves, but more so for our daughter who is turning three next month.

Yes, I am aware of its uses and benefits. I do drink coconut juice almost every day when I was home. Now that I am in a different place, its difficult to look for that juice. Yes, you are right, it helps a lot with our body problems. Coconut juice is very refreshing and healthy. I hope many people will drink it to prevent any kidney ailments. Take care =)

yes we drink it to quench our thirst during the summer. it is abundant here in summer in south india. In our house we had six coconut trees. In our language we call it ila neer meaning young water.
