Hi! I have an unopened packet of skimmed milk powder at home.Can some of you suggest a simple home made ice cream or chocolate? I am in India and I want the method to be uncomplicated and easy to make.

Yes please. I can add the cream separately, but this is an unopened packet of skimmed milk powder[dry]. cAN YOU SUGGEST SOME NEW RECIPE THAT IS SIMPLE/
