Cell phone theft - caught on video!

Lol.. It was too foolish of the lady to keep her cellphone out in the open like that... It's staged for sure, but yeah there has been a rise in the number of thefts of electronics. The other day i saw a news about how a 10 year child who had cancer, got his PSP stolen on his way to hospital. And that too a day before his Birthday, although the cops were generous enough to get him a new one as a b'day gift. I always keep my phone in the pocket unless I'm playing, or else its in my bag. Sometimes i just throw it in the bag also cos i have a strange habit if carrying my bag around everywhere.. I had my Discman stolen three years ago when I left my bag in the class. Since then I have this habit of carrying it around, so its always safe. Some people trust me with their cellphones as well, if they have to do something, where it would be a hinderance. bourne

OMG, I really got so shocked. I always keep my mobile at hands length if I have to eat at a restaurant or at anyplace where I need to purchase something; thanks for sharing this info. Will pass on this video to my friends also.

Oh my Buddha! That was very shameful. Well, the woman put her celphones as easy target. I know I should not be shocked as I had my celphone stolen in my pocket one time. There were too many people I didn't even feel someone actually put his/her hand in my pocket to get my phone. My friend also had her celphone stolen in her bag in a bus in Thailand. So now I am always careful where to put my celphone when I go out.

This had to be staged, although the woman didn't know it. I keep my cell phone on me at all times. Its always in a pocket of mine, although I tend to forget which one and panic when I can't find it lol. You really do have to keep your cell phone safe. Someone could have it in an instant, run up your bill or use your prepaid minutes, and have access to all the phone numbers you have saved in there!!!
