Hey MrDanger...where are you from? I live in Oklahoma. Have you heard about "Rocklahoma"? Its a big concert they put on in Pryor,Ok. in July, it goes from Thurs. to Sunday.They have all the 80's bands there, Poison was here last year, and Quiet Riot, Tesla, Skid Row...all them. I'm not sure who will be here this year, I know Brett Michaels, will be here. They had it in the paper but I threw it away..For all the 80's rock bands out there, its something to go to. We also have "Country Fever" in June, with all the big country music stars.

lol bret michaels is a slu...nevermind. lol im from north carolina. man that sounds awesome you cant go wrong with poison. rocklahoma sounds awesome but too bad its in july ill probally be at the warped tour but if I could drive out I would def go.

Well, I will always remember mine from the 80's have to be "Open Arms" or "Faithfully" from Journey, "Total Eclipse of The Heart" by Bonnie Tyler, and then "Hotel California" by the Eagles. You can never go wrong with these.
Considering I graduated from High School in the 80's there was some excellent music back then, and overall nothing now a days will compare to some of the Great groups back then as well.

The 80s was fantastic musicwise. All those great bands: Wham, Bon Jovi, Journey, Air Supply, Miami Sound Machine. I know I am forgetting some. I actually have no favorite. They were all great.

Oh boy so many songs come to mind from the 80's. To pick one just isn't possible. I liked such a range of music from country to rock and I was a teenager then so listened to a lot of music. Some songs that come to mind right off had are "Broken Wings", "Careless Whisper", "Never Been to Me", "Old Hippie", and "Wasn't That a Party". I know there are a ton more I liked but those are ones that I thought of first.

I grew up in the 90s' the music was good but it started to lose meaning lol. 80s artists were having fun and making feel good music

Probably my favorite eighties song is Sweet Child O Mine, Since I used to be a big GNR fan. although I was born in 87, it is still my favorite song from that decade.
