What do you do if you have a hard time?

i try to get myself alone and just relax for some time. What about you?

I would do some sports, or walk in the crowd. Maybe after that, I will persuade myself to consider the problem over and over to make up the loss, and I will tell myself "next time..." I believe that what the difficulties give us is the experience, from which we could learn more. Have a nice day.

experience is our best teacher, that is what i believe. And i also agree that sport sometimes help us to get rid of it

Many times, I just am not able to come out of it even if i terribly want to and sometimes, just go out to my relatives house especially to one of my aunt's house, where i wud deftnly get some peace of mind talking to her..now-a-days, after my daughter was born, spending more time with her itself relaxes me

why try to be alone have some fun, share it with friends and more important... share it with HIM, HE is a relief giver... good day...

when im having a hard time with my life, or if im on stress and pressures, i usually go at the mall. i do window shopping, i fit shoes and clothes and of course i eat ice cream or look for a good pasta. or at times i exhaust myself to different activities, like swimming and dancing.

When I stress out I go for a long walk along the waterfront. I find it relaxing just walking aimlessly.

Hello,cross!the present day lifestyle is responsible for stress in life.to get rid of such hard time indulge in talk therapy.vent your feelings and emotions to people close to you.verbalise your problems.the more you bottle up,the more you will find it difficult to find hope.go for a walk for atleast 30 minutes,try coming close to the nature ....feel the sand on the beach,the texture of the petals....appreciate God's creations.come home,take a deep breath and visualise all that you just saw and felt.try to meditate for some time and you will be tensions free soon.thank you.

I think it totally depends on the type of 'hard time' you're having. For example, you may be really stressed out about getting the kids to school, doing an assignment, etc and so you just need time to chill by yourself and unwind! But there are other types of 'hard time' when you need to be distracted, say you have come out of a relationship, then getting out, having a drink or going for a meal would be the best way to go. And the third is when you really need to be proactive so you don't go into that 'hard time' again, for example if you hate your job, then I would spend time trying to get a better one!
