My lil'-sister had open heart, quad by-pass surgery yesterday, and it was the most scary thing I think I've been through in my whole life. Thankfully, she pulled out of it with hardly any problems, and I've yet to see her since surgery. I hear that she has tubes running all over the place. Hopefully I can be strong, when I see her later this a.m. If you can, I think it would be a good idea to call, hug, or just tell someone that you are close to, that you love em. I could have lost my lil'-siter during surgery, and it would have been devestating. I will be helping her to recovery, so if you don't see much of me on here, that will be why. Love ya friends! :o) Marilyn

Hiya Zed........ Thanks for the nice comment. As a big sister, I will give her alot of support. She's a couple of years younger then me, so she's still young, and I'm sure she will be just fine. Are you talking about my new Avatar? Yah, that is me, in Meez form. Meez.com. Would be cool to see you in Meez form. See-ya ltr, friend-o-mine..... Marilyn ;o)

Hi Marilyn, I am so pleased to hear that your sister is recovering from the surgery well and hope that your visit isn't too upseting for you, I am sure you will have strength. As I posted this response you were on 333 so God was blessing her. I tell my friends and family I love them everyday. Life is precious and those words and hugs mean so much but thank you for reminding everyone they should too. God bless. Ellie :D

Hi Ellie, I'm not sure what you meant by the 333. I know that the special number in the Bible is 7, care to explain so I know. Even if I don't understand, I already know that God was blessing her. I actually saw her for the first time today, since surgery and she was so feeble looking, with all kinds of stuff running out of her, but I was strong, especially in front of her. We laughed a few times, and that was good. She can't even move, poor thing. Hopefully the surgery will make her feel better. If she hadn't of had the surgery, the doc said that at best she would have only lived another maybe 5 years. How sad is that? She's alive though, and I'm very thankful. Thank you very much Ellie, you are such a sweet heart. Love ya! Marilyn ;o)

Hi Marilyn, The reference to 3 is the Trinity which is Father, Son and Holy Spirit so to me the 3 3's is extra special. Glad you got to have a laugh with your lil sister. She'll get stronger everyday. Ellie :D

Hi Kitkat, Oh, you are so sweet. Thanks for the big hug, I needed that more than you know. Wish I had more time for all my friends here on mylot, I just am so busy with working and now my sister. I'll keep in touch for sure, but I'm sure not as much as I would like too. Hey, by the way, do you have an updated picture of yourself? I sure would like to see how beautiful you are. I can tell by the afgahn in the background, that the picture you have for an avatar, is kind of an older pic. Am I right? Take it easy girlie. Marilyn ;o)

Hi Angelwhispers........ You're so sweet, I'm so glad that I have you for a friend. I know I haven't been the best friend to alot of you guy's here at mylot lately, but I've just got alot of things going on in my life, and it's hard to respond, etc.. I'll be better in the future, but like you know, I have to be there for my sis, like next week. My mom will be with her during the day, then when I get off of work, I will spend time with her in the evenings. Not much time to get on the puter, but I will try to sneek on, if I can. Love-ya friend! Marilyn ;o)

My grandfather has went through it twice now and its absolutely terrifying. Medicine has come a long way even in the past 10 years though. When he had his first one in 1996 he was in the hospital for two weeks. This last one I dont think he was even in recovery for a full week. It is amazing. It does really make you think about life and what you should appreciate. My prayers are with her. I hope everything is just fine. Have a good day.
